NUTRITION
Let's figure out what's actually going on with your body.
Whether it's your weight, your gut, or just feeling off and not knowing why, most of the time it's not one thing. It's food, stress, sleep, and hormones all pulling on each other.
I dig into all of it with you.
See How It WorksWhere we'll start.
These are the areas people come to me for most. Here's how each one goes:
|
☀
|
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT Not another meal plan. If you've done the calorie-counting thing and it hasn't stuck, we'll look at why: blood sugar swings, undereating, stress eating, whatever's actually driving it. Then we build something you can keep doing in six months, not six days. |
|
☀
|
GUT HEALTH Bloating, irregularity, food reactions you can't quite pin down. We track what's actually triggering it instead of cutting out everything "just in case." Some of this is food. A lot of it is stress and sleep too. We work through it together, one change at a time. |
|
☀
|
Training for a race, HYROX, or just chasing a PR? We build a fueling strategy around your training load, recovery, and goals — not a generic athlete meal plan. |
|

|
Irregular cycles, PCOS, perimenopause, or just feeling "off"? We build a nutrition and lifestyle plan that works with your hormones, not against them. |
How we'll work together.
Nutrition Audit — $95
30 minutes. A quick gut-check on where you're at. You'll walk away with clear next steps and something to actually do this week.
Nutrition Consultation — $175
60 minutes. We go deep: your eating patterns, weight history, gut symptoms, sleep, stress, labs if you have them. You'll leave with a plan built around your actual goals, a food journal review, supplement recs if needed, and 14 days of follow-up email support so you're not on your own figuring it out.
Nutrition Optimization Package — $275
Everything in the Consultation, plus a 30-minute follow-up 3-5 weeks later to see what's working and adjust what's not. 30 days of unlimited email support in between.
